Dear Jeane, the Adelaide does have a Koechel number, it is now C14.05 (was KA.294a), and is found in the Spurious and Fake section of the catalog. It was concocted by Marius Casadesus in the late 1920's or very early 1930's and while achieving some success in convincing "experts" as to its authenticity, it was debunked fairly clearly by 1956. At the absolute best, it MAY have been a fabrication based on fragments that Mozart left for some other project, but this theory is nearly always rejected as well. A recording on CD is available, I have one on order now from Tower records. It is in the set Mozart: Violin Concertos Vol 3 by Tenenba, SKU # 09099810711 for about $16.00 US. Sorry to pour cold water on your efforts, but it is a fake Mozart work, however attractive it sounds.
