I need to find out the name of the man who is ing into the pan of the musket (standing behind the Lieutenant).
SOMEWHERE there is a listing of the merchants who paid Rembrandt to put them in the picture. I know their names are on the shield on the wall above the figures, but I have no way of reading it, or knowing who is who.
I would be very grateful for this piece of information.
