I couldn't have said it better myself!
Les Indes Galantes is a very impressive piece of work..
Its a shame that more recordings aren't available of his operas.. especially good ones (I feel that some of the extant ones do not do full justice to Rameau's expressivity... the same problem with most performances of Vivaldi)
