I don't know if you are still interested...
I spent a week in Antwerp on holiday in September 2001, and saw Pieter Breughel's De Spreekworden 'in situ' in The Rockoxhuis (the museum in the house of Nicolas Rockox 17th c. Mayor of Antwerp). I bought an large souvenir 3-page fold-out postcard which lists all 108 proverbs, with cross-refernces to the picture, but only in Vlaams/Nederlands. I am actually looking for a net site with 108 English translations! - many words are not in my small Dutch/English dictionary, and it was taking for ever to translate the proverbs(I have given up!)
The Rockoxhuis is in the care of the KBC Bank NV. Perhaps you could contact them for a copy of the souvenir postcard.
Goeiendag uit Engeland!
