Hi:
I don't have time to read a lot of Mather's sermons at this point, but I'd like to affirm or refute the opinion of one of the folks in my Adult Bible Study (I'm a Congregational (CCCC) pastor in central Maine)that Mather continually emphasized prosperity as an effective witness to the gospel in his sermons and writings. Was he in fact, a proto-Oral Roberts or not?
Thanks so much for your help!!
