I remember once reading a Cotton Mather sermon with a line that went something like "The God who abhors you holds you over the pit of hell as one would hold a candle to a flame." I know that's not the exact words, but that's the general idea. I've searched online and haven't found it yet. Does anyone have any idea what sermon it might be from? I have the urge to read it again--they just don't write them like that any more!
Thanks for any help you may be able to give.
Johnny
