If Jesus was Jesus was Jesus. He knew people were sheep only concerned with their own identity. He laid down a foundation of rules for the sheep to follow so they could live together without falling victim to themselves and each other. He called people His flock, because they had faith in His teachings, without understanding. They were too caught up in them selves to attain enligtenment and they still are. The kingdom of God awaits you on earth, you will atain it only when you have understood. This will be the new age.
