What you have to do (and don't wait for it to come out in book format) is find a library with a microfilm section. Mostly large libraries (especially college libraries) have one. Find the old New Yorker magizine section and look for New Yorker June 19 1965 and on page 32 you will find what you're looking for. If you're completly out of touch with any library with Microfilm, e-mail me back and we'll work something out.
