Or perhaps nobody understands the part where she tackles Kant's unreadable masterpiece? I dont know if she does that in atlas shrugged, but she must deal with Kant's book somewhere. And if anyone accepts ayns 'philosphy' without reading and understanding (to the best of their ability) Kant, are they not making a leap of faith? And imagine an objectivist hockey game! What a sight!! Yes, this is the outcome of Reason in history, passion has been declared something to be exterminated, if not outright, certainly inderectly. I think Hegel's abortion, Ayn Rand will be exterminated with passion. At least her status as a philopsher will be exterminated, and soon. Most of the people capable of showing what twaddle objectivism is think they are above reducing themselves to dealing with delusional crackpots trying to start 'movements' But this is different, this crackpot fooled a lot of people. We must show pity by showing no pity. Subjectivity does exist, and is knocking on the door of philosophy once again. And if anyone is going to keep it out of philosophy it is not Ayn Rand.
