Could Nietzsche's superman ideas be thought of as a guide to individual living? Does it really6 have anything to do with Eugenics?
I remember nietzsche saying over and over again "we must be a bridge to the superman" in Thus Spoke Tharsthustra. But i also remember him saying that we will only be a bridge, we will never see the superman (unless im hallucinating). Then wouldnt the superman just be an ideal image of ourself, and our present self the bridge to our better self in the future.
Forgive me if i dont make sense.
I also remember nietzsche saying something like "a yes, a no, a straight line, a goal, the formula to my happiness." Could this be related, it seems as if this is like knowing your ideal being. A yes, a no- decisions we must make on our adventure to the superman. A straight line, a goal- the fact that we must know where we are going and know how to get there.
Nietzsche seems to be giving me morals, a reason to live. Is he?
