Like the others -- the very few others -- I too am a serious fan of C.S. Lewis. His works fascinate from childhood to old age. I knew him pretty well as a young boy (or thought I did) when I struggled my way through the jungles of Narnia. I met him again when I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior -- another Lewis but still egnimatically satisfying. I believe I have muddled through most of Dr. Lewis' work and wish incessently he were still alive to ring-up for some questions and answers.
What a shame that I am responding to coments made at the end of last century and only now have I found them. Are you still alive Colleagues??
: : I'm a big CS Lewis fan. I've recently viewed the Shadowland's movie and read the Great Divorce and Screwtape. I'd love to hear from other fans!
: Hey John, I was just noticing the dates on the previous messages. This is quite a "dead" room. Hope it picks up someday for some lively discussion. There is a good listserv email list about Lewis that gets sent out. Here's the web site if you're interested in becoming a part. http://members.aol.com/dwalheim/merelewis.html
